Christmas / Clear decorating bag filled with peppermint chips, hot chocolate mix, marshmallows. Insert a spoon dipped in chocolate for stirring then tie off the bag. Glue a white pom pom, wiggle eyes, felt nose and mouth, with a cotton mustache.

ReplyDeleteI would wrap the cocoa in a seperate smaller baggie or saran wrap and squish it down in the piping bag between layers of marshmallows. :)
ReplyDeleteNeed to wrap the hot cocoa/hot chocolate in plastic wrap or small sandwhich bags and put that in the clear bags, that contains the poweder from spreading.
